Creative Thinking Qualification

Creative Thinking is an SCQF Level 5 & 6 qualification (24 credits) that helps learners build their creative mindset and the future ready skills they need to thrive in a changing world.

Through real-world project based learning, students take on open ended design challenges by researching, generating ideas, testing, communicating, and reflecting. It’s about building confidence and empowering learners through problem solving and critical thinking.

In this challenge, learners step into the shoes of brand creators. They’re not just building a brand, they’re designing with purpose and the planet in mind. They’re not just building a brand, they’re designing with purpose and the planet in mind. From product ideas to values and storytelling, they create a bold, sustainable brand, and bring it to life by launching a real product on Teemill.

Campaign for Kindness

What if kindness was contagious? In this challenge, learners design a campaign that spreads empathy, care and connection in their school or community. From small gestures to big ideas, they explore the power of creative communication to make people feel seen, supported and uplifted, proving that compassion can be one of the most powerful drivers of change.

Van of Dreams

In this challenge, learners take an ordinary van and give it a new purpose, one that responds to real needs in their community. Whether it becomes a mobile workshop, a safe space, or a traveling hub of joy, they explore how creativity, reuse and empathy can bring people together and spark meaningful change.
