Introducing Threads
We’re excited to launch Threads, a new resource inviting young people aged 10-15 to design their own unique sneaker that captures the spirit of their generation. Along the way, learners become designers, thinkers and storytellers, exploring identity, culture and the issues that matter. Ideas are sparked, tested and refined through sketchbooks, digital tools and collaborative reflection.
Threads has been created with Education Scotland, De Montfort University and Team Glue, bringing together expertise in education, design and creative storytelling. Each partner has helped shape a challenge that gives young people meaningful space to explore their ideas and share their perspectives.
